SHIPPING

When can I expect to receive my Bcombio package—are there currently processing or shipping delays?

Our warehouse team and facility are taking the necessary steps to maintain a safe workplace environment. Our top priority is maintaining the health and safety of our team. We are shipping orders on time, however many carriers are experiencing delays. Please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Please allow at least 1-2 business days for order processing. This includes all expedited orders.

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • United States (Standard): 7-10 business days
  • United States (Expedited): 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping is not available for PO Boxes

Shipping Options:

  • Standard/Free Shipping for orders over $100
  • 2 Day Shipping (not available for P.O. Boxes) via FedEx 2Day
  • Shipments delivered to freight forwarding services: do so at your own risk!

Where does Bcombio ship?

Bcombio ships within the United States for now.

For shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and all other US Territories, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Please be sure to verify the shipping address you’ve provided is correct ASAP!

How can I edit my shipping address?

  • We’re so sorry for any inconvenience. We cannot update shipping addresses after an order is placed. BcomBio will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. We recommend reaching out to the carrier to request your package to be held for pickup.

Do you require a signature?

  • While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order.

My package is missing, what now?

  • If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it’s nowhere to be found: Don’t panic!
  • Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they’ve received the package.
  • In the event that your package is still not found, please contact the carrier to see if they can provide any additional information on where the package was left, then inform our team at hello@bcombiousa.com so that we can check the status of your package and assist however we can! Please contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked delivered.

There is an issue with my order – it is damaged or missing items!

While we take great care to ensure that your BcomBio products are packed safely and securely on their journey to you, if there are any issues regarding the products received in your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@bcombiousa.com with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently!

  • For damaged items and quality issues, please provide us with detailed photos or videos of the product(s), including the batch code (located on the bottom of the product). Please do not discard products or packaging.
  • For missing/incorrect items, please provide us with detailed photos of how the order was received and the shipping box with label and all products.

RETURN POLICY

What’s your return policy?

We’re sorry you didn’t love our Bcombio product! We will accept full returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. We will accept returns containing at least 50% of the product and in their original product packaging only.

Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through our website (www.bcombiousa.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned or exchanged to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.

How do I place a return or exchange?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please allow 5-10 business days for all refunds to reflect in your statement, depending on your bank.

How do exchanges work?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please place a new order at your convenience. We sincerely apologize for any trouble this causes.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

How can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes. Please try reaching out to the carrier to request your package be returned to sender. Please note that this service is not always free and sometimes requires an additional cost that you would be responsible for.
