If hair loss is transient, or seasonal, you can try to revitalize your hair with shampoos, lotions or dietary supplements.
Respecting a healthy lifestyle and having a balanced diet contribute to healthy hair.
Steps to take to fight hair loss
Avoid harsh shampoos and any other aggressive products such as fixing gel or dyes
Massage your scalp before applying the shampoo: tilt your head forward, make slow, gentle circular movements with your fingertips, from the neck to the top of the skull to activate microcirculation.
Rinse your hair well. The rinsing time should always be longer than the washing. Without it, the hair is dull, the scalp and the hair are more vulnerable to air pollution.
Air dry your hair instead of using a blow dryer. At a certain heat, the water contained in the hair fiber begins to boil, creating small bubbles on the hair shaft which make it very brittle.
Gently style your hair. Prefer natural fiber combs and brushes. Tip to prevent hair loss: clean your comb regularly with an antiseptic to dislodge all the dirt that can settle on your hair during the next brushings and dull it.
If your hair is oily, wash it frequently. Excess sebum asphyxiates the scalp and accelerates hair loss.
Protect your scalp and skin when exposed to the sun by wearing a hat or cap.
